Pressure characteristics

They are specified as the variation in the measured flow rate which occurs when the pressure is varied at the rated pressure range, taking the flow rate measured at +0.1 MPa as the reference. The variation is expressed as a percentage of full scale.

However, the graph shows typical values. There may be slight variations depending on the product.
