[Improve functions]
- In the control according to alarm level of the demand function, when the demand period starts, process has been changed from controlling the remote I/O unit according to the alarm level at the end of the previous demand period to controlling according to the one at the start of demand period.
- Changed the alarm mask time range of the demand function so that the alarm mask is valid until the set time elapses from the start of the demand period.
