The following points have been upgraded.

The following points have been upgraded.

  • Changed the unit of program memory in system register No. 0 of FP0H/FP-XH from "word" to "step".

Corrected the following errors.

  • During in online editing, there is a case that the "OR instruction unrenderable" error is occurred if the PB convert is executed with no connected vertical line of ladder, and after that, the "Guarantee data abnormality error" is occurred.
  • The vertical line is deleted when the starting data comparison instruction which is connected by "OR" is copied and pasted.
  • When a Korean character is input in block comment, the same two characters are displayed.
  • If the unconverted PB(A) exists and any PB(B) with edited comments is PB converted, transferred to the PLC, and uploaded from PLC, the converted/unconverted ladders will be mixed in the PB(A).
  • There is a case that the responding time for some operation in online mode is very slow and the time for downloading takes very much time.

The following points have been upgraded.

Corrected the following errors.

  • After registering the device on Force I/O dialog, change the mode from forced to normal and open the Force I/O dialog again and if Ctrl + number key is pressed, GR7 is stopped in force.
  • Slider cannot be operated by keyboard in memory configuration setting dialog of FP7.
  • The number of data register (DT) which cannot be used as a start number of hold area can be set in memory configuration setting dialog of FP7.
  • In SET/RST/ALT instruction, index register can be used for E device but FP7 does not support it.
  • There is a case that the "verify" detects discrepancy even though the same configuration data in FP7 W-Link unit.
  • When the index register is trying to input by function bar on the empty area which right side is vertical line, the GR7 is stopped in force.
  • The minimum button does not work in guidance bar in PM7 and PMX. (The minimum button is deleted in this version)

  • When the integer device is replaced, the symbol such as "#" or "%" is disappeared.
  • When the CSTP, NSTP and NSTL instructions which have branch are converted, the error is occurred.
  • There is a force quit possibility when the several GR7 is started, and project is downloaded.
  • The EDS file which has minus ENUM value cannot be registered.
  • There is a possibility that the GR7 is stopped when the ladder is printed without any comment.
  • In the Built-in ET-LAN of FP7, the TCP-ULP timeout value can be defined but this value did not work in FP7.

  • There is a case that the search speed is slow in some computers.

The following points have been upgraded.

  • Supports the FP0H V1.9.
    - If the Ethernet address setting is not copied into PLC, the basic communication information is not verified when going to online mode.
    - Add the system register number 438 which supports input signal status reading when power on.
    - Add the string data type with header in logging trace setting.

  • When going to online mode with FP2SH V1.07, the configuration verification error is occurred.
  • If FPWIN GR file (*.fp) is opened as FP7 and download it to PLC or open the alarm history setting, the GR7 is stopped.
  • If FPWIN GR file (*.fp) which has F60(CMP) instruction with index register operand is opened as FP7, download it to PLC and change to RUN mode, the syntax error is occurred.

  • [P153 RMWT] instruction is converted to [pCMP] when the FPWIN GR file (*.fp) is opened as FP7 project. Note) To fix this problem, the instruction which is not supported in FP7 is converted to the following instruction which has same operand number. Operand Num 0: WDTRES Operand Num 1: TIMEWT Operand Num 2: DEFRBUF Operand Num 3: DECO Operand Num 4: SCOPY (Changed from FILTR)
  • In FP7 EtherNet/IP setting, the local device cannot be assigned.
  • The default I/O comment in FP Sigma, the big number is displayed on R9047 to R904B.

  • There is a case that ANS or ORS circuit which has local device cannot be converted.

  • The result "zero" of logical AND between Home IP address and Subnet mask is allowed. (should not be allowed)
  • TCP resend time value is limited as 100ms increments. (500ms increments is correct)
  • In F253_SSET instruction, the empty character cannot be input at the end of string.
  • There is a case that the missing character is occurred in case of using high resolution display.
  • Even if the communication mode is "MODBUS-RTU", the Header STX and Terminator setting is available. (should not be available)
  • The I/O comment of LBL instruction is not converted correctly if the FPWIN GR file (*.fp) is opened.
  • The value from 10026 to 10100 cannot be input in the operand of POSSET instruction in FP7.

Corrected the following errors.

  • In BTM instruction of FP7, the value 32768 or higher can be input in DT.n or LD.n which has index register. (The available range is to 32767)
  • In BTM instruction of FP7, even if "DT123456.1" is input, the result is "DT23456.1". (The number of character limitation is wrong)
  • There is a case that the cursor position of local device in I/O comment list moves to top position during editing the PB which was changed the execution order.
  • In PLC except FP7, if the "+" is input in Instruction List and selected the second "+", the F20 is placed on ladder editor. (should be F22)
  • There is a case that the convert error is occurred due to the ladder circuit which is connected to the reset in KP instruction.
  • F178 instruction cannot be input in FP-X0 L40R, L60R.

  • When "Online" button on Function bar is clicked, the confirmation dialog is displayed, after then GR7 does not respond to any operation.

  • While clicking the "Find next" on Find/Replace dialog, if the find result is moved to other window, the focus is out from Find/Replace dialog.
  • There is a case in FP7 that the KP instruction which has local device (_Y or _R or _L) cannot be copied.
  • In mnemonic ladder of FP7, the KP instruction which has local devise (_Y or _R or _L) cannot be input.

  • When the ladder which has two or more empty lines are selected above the block comment and copy is executed, the GR7 is stopped.
  • When the index register is searched in PLC except FP7, the indexed device (ex. I0DT0) cannot be found.
  • When the FPWIN GR file (*.fp) which has start equal or MV instruction and the index register and constant value are used in their instruction is opened as FP7, the syntax error is occurred in FP7.
  • In system monitor of FP7, the lifetime data of CPU power supply unit which should be displayed as real is displayed as integer.
  • When the FPWIN GR file (*.fp) which has F6 (DGT) instruction is opened as FP7, the second operand is not converted correctly.

The following points have been upgraded.

Corrected the following errors.

  • The project without changing the Ethernet settings inside the FP0H cannot be downloaded to FP0H which is set to upload protection mode.
  • If the file (*.fp7iomap) which has W2 link setting in slot 1 and multi I/O setting in slot 2 is opened in I/O map and the advance setting of W2 link is opened and saved, the GR7 is frozen.
  • In PLC which supports PB programming except FP7, if the PB which has block comment is changed to detarget the conversion, the step number is not changed to zero.
  • In configurator PM7, if the value from 32768 to 65535 is input in the "Auxiliary output" in each table, applied setting and restart the PM7, the input value is changed to minus.
  • In EtherNet/IP setting, the EDS file which has the connection type is set to NULL can be registered. (This file should not be able to registered because PLC does not support it)
  • In PLC except FP7, if the program which has "Cannot draw" network is downloaded to PLC, the program code in "Cannot draw" network is not downloaded to PLC.
  • The DNS server IP address setting in the Built-in ET-LAN setting of FP7, the "Set automatically" and the "Set manually" are reversed.

  • The following pattern cannot be replaced in the PLC except FP7.
    -Replace the operand of TM/CT to FL device.

    -Replace the operand of RST which is defined word device to any word device.
    -Replace the operand of SCLR, ICTL, SYS2 to any word device.
  • If the "Upload Protection" is selected under the "Project" menu in FP7, the setting cannot be canceled.
  • There is a case that the MEWTOCOL communications type is set to "Connect with FP2 ET-LAN" when the operating mode setting is set to "MEWTOCOL7-COM" in FP7 Built-in ET-LAN setting.
  • The Self-diagnostic error is displayed with red color even the error code is zero when the Unit warning error is occurred.
  • The IP address is cleared if the connection is used is changed from "Use" to "Not Use" in FP0H Ethernet settings.

Version-Up Information (Ver.2.23.0 to Ver. 2.23.1) (October 1, 2018 update)

The following points have been upgraded.

Corrected the following errors.

  • There is a case that the PB management error is occurred when the project is uploaded from PLC.
  • In the default I/O comment of FP-XH, unnecessary comment (like R902B) is existing and the comment of DT90036 is missing.
  • In system register setting of FP0H, if the HSC operation mode is set to "pulse output", the compatible mode is set to "FP SIGMA mode" and OK is clicked, the error message is displayed and cannot go back to previous setting.
  • The program which size is over 32k steps is made in FP-XH and convert to FP-XH M8N16T, the system register No.0 (Sequence Program Area Size) is not changed to suitable value.
  • In system register setting of FP-X C14R, C30R, C40R, C60R, there is no No.4 and No. 23 setting in "Act on error".
  • In system register setting like FP-X0, the PWM is selected in No. 402 (Pulse/PWM output settings), the wrong value is set.
  • In system register setting like FP-XH M8N16T, if the default value is changed to another in each CH setting of Controller input settings, the value cannot be changed back to default.
  • In system register setting of FP-XH C14T, the setting of X0 and X1 in "Controller input settings" cannot be changed.
  • In system register setting of FP-X0 L14R, L30R, the available range of No.5 (Counter starting address) is from 0 to 256 but the current available range is from 0 to 1024.
  • If the PLC type is changed from FP-X C14T/P to FP-XH C14T, there is no item in system register setting No.0 (Sequence Program Area Size).
  • If you try to close the GR7 which device monitor is hided and docking condition, there is a case that the GR7 is not responding.
  • When the project (which has detarget network for conversion and the network has a character operand) is downloaded to PLC and upload from PLC, the character operand is disappear or changed to another character.
  • In FP2/2SH, the operand which is used in basic compare instruction cannot be replaced to FL.
  • If the Fun/PFun instructions are written in one line with one contact, download to PLC and try to change to RUN mode, the "High-level instruction combination error" is occurred.
  • When try to input like Japanese character in I/O comment list in Windows 10 version 1709, the display list is moved to top.
  • When a certain EDS file is registered and click "OK" on "Parameter Setting" in "Connection Setting", the target PLC cannot communicate with registered equipment.

  • There was a case that writing during RUN could not be executed as the automatic increase/decrease function of a local device is activated while communicating with FP7 online.
  • The data writing screen is displayed by double-clicking the contact operand of KP instruction offline.
  • In the ladder monitor of FP7, the operands of SR instruction and LRSR instruction that should be displayed as 16-bit type were monitored as 32-bit type.
  • When attempting to change the operand of SR instruction or timer/counter instruction during the execution of ladder monitoring, the device number in the middle of input is not displayed.

  • An error occurs when performing the mount allocation in the I/O map screen and pressing the OK button. (FP7 CPS21 only)

  • If a project in which a blank network exists between a normal network and a network not to be converted is downloaded and uploaded, subsequent projects cannot be downloaded.
  • When a local device exists in a ladder (such as operands of LCWA/LCRD instructions) despite no local device is allocated to PB, the ladder monitor is not executed.
  • When a program block whose number of local device allocation is larger than the local device capacity actually used is pasted, the number of whole local device allocation is exceeded.
  • There were EDS files not registrable by EtherNet/IP setting.
  • Values other than a multiple of 16 are set for the number of local device allocation of T or C in the FP7 memory configuration. (When using slider)
  • Sometimes the ladder edit window is closed by clicking the tab to switch PB.
  • The response of the ladder edit screen becomes slow when the bit device (DT.n) of DT is displayed in the Edit I/O Comment window.
  • Even if a device is replaced, the device usage in the Edit I/O Comment window is not updated.
  • Even if executing "Undo" after changing a program that matches FP7, it is displayed as unmatched when connecting with FP7 online.
  • Sometimes the context menu is not displayed by right-click.
  • The ON/OFF switching window is not displayed when trying to switch the ON/OFF of contacts online in a state in which the network header is hidden.
  • When an error is displayed due to the change of the operation unit of a basic comparison instruction, sometimes the operands after that cannot be changed.
  • Even if the cursor is moved to the first operand of a basic comparison instruction, the function bar does not change to the word operand display.
  • When AFP7CCS1M1 (cassette) is selected in the I/O map setting, a consumption current of 35 mA is added. (The correct current is 70 mA.)

  • If you opened a project file that has been saved on the network drive, FPWIN GR7 was force quitted.

  • When you opened the "List of devices in use" in the ladder of TM/CT instruction is used, TM/CT did not appear as an output device.
  • When you converted the PB on the PLC that was upload protected and transfered the changed program to PLC, an error was occurred.

  • A syntax error occurs in PLC when inputting a bit device on which index modification has been used, with a high-level instruction in which bits can be specified such as ZRST instruction.
  • The default value for the setting "RTC error alarm" in the CPU configuration was incorrect.
  • The vertical line on the right side of the basic comparison instruction breaks by converting a circuit such as ST(bit), OR(bit), OR(Basic comparison instruction) or OT(bit).
  • When "Instruction text color" has been set to white in the ladder editing screen, ladders (contact devices, instructions and operands) cannot be printed.
  • When the operation unit is SL/UL in the basic comparison instruction, a syntax error occurs in PLC when inputting a constant value on which index modification has been used for operand.
  • After conversion of program blocks, unnecessray breaks are inserted in ladder diagrams.
  • The ASCII 32-bit display of word device was displayed as [..] in the device monitor.
  • Sometimes the number of points warranted for one scan in the ladder monitor was not displayed when "Warrant monitor 1 scan" was set to "Warrant".
  • The maximum number of each device could not be registered in the device registration of Device moitor or Logging/Trace settings.
  • Sometimes the result list displayed in the output window by Find All was different from the position of the ladder corresponding to the result.
  • INTPG-IRET was not displayed in the pair instruction map.
  • An unnecessary large amount of memory was allocated at the start up of FPWIN GR7.
  • The menus of GR7 could be operated while waiting for communication timeout, and an unexpected error occurred after that.
  • When a command sent from GR7 was returned without change, it was not detected as a communication error.
  • When PB was downloaded with user password, comments were not transferred.
  • When the EXT instruction in which index register was specified for operand existed, the ladder monitor was not executed.
  • In searching/replacing timer/counter, instructions were not searched when relays were searched.
  • Corrected some errors in converting ladders.
  • In the ladder monitor, values in the eleventh digit were not displayed.
  • In reading files of FPWIN GR, the zeroth bit was not set when this bit was specified by F130 instruction.
  • FPWIN GR7 was force quitted by pressing the slash key, F8 key or Shift+F7 key when a vertical line existed on the right side of the cursor.
  • When the operation unit was set to "STR" in a differential execution type high-level instruction, the display changed to "BIT" after conversion.
