Information you need to know before using the software (Essential reading)

About FP Loader Ver2.60

FP Loader (hereinafter referred to as this software) utility is designed to download, to a PLC, program files created with NPST-GR or FPWIN. It supports all FP series PLCs(without FP7, FP-XH Ethernet type and FP0H).

  • Programs cannot be uploaded.
  • Only program files can be downloaded. (Comments, etc., cannot be downloaded.)
  • The USB port of FP0R can be used in case the USB driver is "PIDSX PLC USB-COM".
    The other driver like "Panasonic Electric Works PLC Virtual UART" is not available.

You cannot download programs under the following conditions.

  • When reading of a file fails.
  • When communication with the PLC cannot be established
  • When the PLC is in RUN mode.
    (You can switch to REMOTE-PROG when the PLC is in REMOTE-RUN mode.)
  • When the PLC type of the selected file is different from the PLC type actually connected
    (including difference in capacity).
  • When the PLC is password protected and the password is unknown.

Version-Up Information (Ver.2.50 to Ver.2.60)

  • Changed the company name to Panasonic Industry Co., Ltd. due to the business succession. (License agreement etc.)
  • Supported FP-XH except Ethernet type.

Version-Up Information (Ver.2.40 to Ver.2.50)

  • Supports FP2SH 32K.
  • Supports FP-X0.

Version-Up Information (Ver.2.30 to Ver.2.40)

  • Supports FP0R.
    note) The USB port of FP0R can not be used.

Version-Up Information (Ver.2.21 to Ver.2.30)

  • Supports FP-X transistor type.

Version-Up Information (Ver.2.20 to Ver.2.21)

  • The problem, that the data value became 0, was improved, even if you did not check [Clear Data].

Version-Up Information (Ver.2.10 to Ver.2.20)

  • Supports FPSigma 32K.

Version-Up Information (Ver.1.22 to Ver.2.10)

The following points have been upgraded.

  • Supports FP-X.
  • Prepare 3 modes as download method.
  • - 1:1 : : Downloads the specified file for the PLC directly connected.
    - 1:1(Unit number changing is possible) : Downloads the system register changing the PLC unit number for the PLC directly connected.
    - 1:N : Downloads the specified file to the multiple PLC units.
  • Improve the download function, when you check [Clear data].
  • PLC data can be cleared before downloading.
  • PLC mode can be changed when continuously processing downloading.
  • Improve the automatic COM port scan.

System Requirements

Make sure that the computer on which you intend to run the software meets the minimum specifications listed below.

OS Windows 10*1/ 11
Language The display language will be Japanese when a Japanese OS is used. Otherwise the display language will be English.
Applicable PLCs All FP series (without FP7, FP-XH Ethernet type and FP0H)
*1 64 bit edition

How to Install

1.Click on the title of the file name (listed below) that you want to download and indicate the download destination.

*When you already have indicated the download destination, the file will be downloaded automatically.

2.Decompress the downloaded file.

　

3.Double-click the file in the decompressed folder to activate FPLoader.
